Founder and Owner of Western Twist, Stephanie Romeo-Fox has always had a passion for horses. Growing up with horses and many great opportunities presented before her, she had the opportunity to train along side some great trainers and learn the fundamentals of the western life. Before getting her first horse at 10 years old, she was an avid ‘crafter’ and always trying to put a creative twist on everything she could.

Now with a family of her own, Stephanie travels the road during the summer months to a variety of Barrel Racing Jackpots/Events. She always wanted to have a career that allowed her to be flexible and creative.

Fresh out of highschool, Stephanie attended University and became an Elementary Teacher. A couple years after finishing her degree, Emily was born. Being able to stay home with her daughter was imperative to her while being able to do something that she loved at the same time. When the opportunity came to start up Western Twist, Stephanie jumped on the opportunity and began building it what it is today!

While in highschool, Stephanie took some leathercraft classes and loved it. Stephanie, like many other horse enthusiasts, was always shopping around to find quality tack that was built to last and looked good too. It seemed that often you were able to find tack that functions but lacks class , or tack that has class but lacks function. Western Twist is where function and class unite.

Western Twist specializes in quality horse tack, dog collars, spur straps and so forth. It is our passion and our life. All of our products are built from the ground up and only constructed from quality Herman Oak leather, stainless steal hardware, Swarovski crystals, and quality halters. We offer a wide variety of stingray, cowhide, alligator and various other makings to get that custom look you want! We are always working towards new and innovative designs to improve our products!
